Job summary

San Diego Unified School District is seeking an Avid Assistant to support AVID instructional activities in student discussion groups and tutoring sessions across multiple sites in San Diego, CA.

The position is part-time (10 months per year, 7.2 hours per week) with PARA Salary Schedule Grade 20. Health and wellness benefits are available for 20+ hours per week; bilingual candidates may receive a 5% differential. Applications via [e-mail] are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and a passing score on the CAPE or an Associate’s Degree or 48+ eligible units of college coursework.
• Education and experience must be clearly represented in the application.
