Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Aircraft Wiring Harness Technician I to perform foundational wire routing and installation inside aircraft structures according to engineering drawings and work orders.

The role emphasizes learning aerospace wiring practices, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards while working under close supervision in a climate-controlled hangar. Candidates should have a high school diploma and related mechanical experience or A&P training.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months aircraft manufacturing or related mechanical experience, or 1 year of A&P vocational training.
  • Able to read drawings, sketches, pictures, or verbal specifications.
  • Able to use calibrated tools, measuring devices and standard shop equipment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Must be able to pass a vision test including color blindness.

Responsibilities

  • Route, secure, and verify wiring harnesses and cables through aircraft structures per drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Install and secure harness support hardware, ensuring protection of components.
  • Set up and operate standard shop equipment to support installation activities.
  • Complete assigned work within prescribed timeframes with quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and report non-conformances, damaged components, or installation discrepancies; document actions in logs.
  • Accurately document all work performed in production and planning logs and required systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area; control FOD; follow OSHA and safety procedures.
  • Support senior technicians during complex installations and contribute to process improvements.
