Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking an Aircraft Wiring Harness Technician I to perform basic wire routing and installation within aircraft structures. You will follow engineering drawings, work orders, and aviation standards, under close supervision, building foundational aerospace wiring knowledge while ensuring quality and safety.

The role emphasizes reading schematics, using calibrated tools, and working from hangars to gather hands-on experience, with opportunities to learn standard shop

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of aircraft manufacturing experience or related mechanical experience, or 1 year of A&P Vocational School.
• Able to work from drawings, sketches, pictures, or verbal specifications.
• Must be able to pass a vision test including color blindness.
• Must be able to use calibrated tools, measuring devices, and set up and operate standard shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Route, secure, and verify wiring harnesses, bundles, and cables per drawings and installation instructions.
• Install and secure harness hardware such as ties, clamps, grommets, conduits, and tie wraps.
• Set up and operate standard shop equipment to support installation activities.
• Complete work within timeframes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Document all work, deviations, and corrective actions in production systems and logs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage FOD and safety procedures.
