Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, Colorado, seeks a wire harness technician to read schematics and engineering drawings, measure and cut wires, and assemble wiring harnesses for aviation systems in a safety‑critical environment. You will fabricate, install, and rework flight harnesses and prewired assemblies in development and production, perform continuity tests, troubleshoot issues, and use tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, torque wrenches, and heat guns.

Qualifications

• Reading schematics and engineering drawings to prepare wiring harnesses.
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing wires to exact specifications.
• Crimping, soldering, and assembling harnesses to ensure reliability.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and technical plans to create subassemblies or finished products.
• Bind cables using ties, conduits, lacing, sleeves, clamps, or straps.
• Install pins, connectors, and terminals with crimping tools and soldering irons.
• Fabricate and rework flight harnesses and prewired assemblies in development and production environments.
• Perform continuity tests and inspect harnesses for adherence to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair non-conforming hardware.
