Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Wheelchair Supervisor to lead the wheelchair service team at Honolulu.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure efficient scheduling, and oversee safety protocols and passenger assistance across airport terminals. The role requires experience supervising teams in customer service or airport operations, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work with ADA regulations and airport policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wheelchair service team daily operations.
• Schedule wheelchair attendants across airport terminals.
• Monitor safety protocols for wheelchair handling and passenger assistance.
• Train and mentor attendants on service excellence.
• Handle operational challenges and passenger complaints related to wheelchair services.
