Job summary

Bombardier Learjet in Tucson seeks an Aviation Warranty and Invoice Analyst to review and finalize invoices, analyze warranty programs, and coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure accurate billing for services and parts.

The role requires at least 3 years in invoicing and warranty within aviation, strong SAP invoicing knowledge, and solid communication skills. You will monitor WIP and support credits and billings in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of invoicing and warranty experience.
• Experience in aviation parts, maintenance, or aviation invoicing.
• Thorough knowledge of invoicing modules in SAP.
• Working knowledge of aviation vocabulary.
• Thorough knowledge of vendor warranty and post warranty programs.
• Thorough knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes.
• Computer skills to operate word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web-based applications.
• Planning and organizational skills to prioritize and coordinate workload across multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales, customers, peers, management, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze sales proposals to ensure pricing and incentives are reflected in invoices.
• Review service order discrepancies and corrective actions in SAP for warranty adjudication.
• Identify labor, material, or outside service issues on work orders to ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare fiscal summaries and reports concerning work packages to identify margin performance.
• Review preliminary invoices with Customer Project Manager for accuracy before sending to customer.
• Prepare final invoices for customers.
• Complete electronic filing of invoices with OEMs for claims and update work orders.
• Manage OEM invoice disputes and claims from filing to payment resolution.
• Support research for disputed invoices including credits and additional billings.
• Monitor open and unbilled pipeline work orders.
• Adjudicate warranty programs for Bombardier-required scenarios.
• Invoice Bombardier internal stakeholders and OEMs for warranty and post-warranty programs.
• Verify and report customer information such as credit limits and warranties.
• Monitor open projects yet to be billed (WIP).
• Interpret, prepare, and invoice for services on customer aircraft and parts under warranty and post-warranty programs.
