Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the aviation or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks accurately.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments of aircraft parts and materials
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility of parts
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and customer requirements
• Utilize warehouse management systems to update inventory and track shipments
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and receiving departments to optimize workflow
• Assist with regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment at all times
