Job summary

D.O.M. magazine seeks a Field Service Technician to operate on-site as an expert for turbine engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on business aircraft. You will perform inspections, changes, and testing per OEM instructions while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires independent decision-making, strong communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Join a premier aviation maintenance team and contribute to aircraft readiness.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of turbine engine maintenance experience in aviation.
  • Experience with HTF7000, TFE731, CFE738, and APU models is required.
  • Rolls-Royce BR710 and CF34 experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with OEM maintenance procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, and testing on engines and systems per OEM instructions.
  • Conduct engine changes, scheduled inspections, and in-field repairs on customer aircraft.
  • Make airworthiness determinations and issue Return to Service certifications within scope.
  • Maintain tooling calibration for assigned equipment.
  • Serve as on-site representative ensuring safety, accuracy, and customer engagement.
  • Communicate findings to customers and recommend solutions.
  • Resolve technical and logistical issues balancing operator needs and regulations.
  • Prepare and complete required documentation per regulatory and company requirements.
