Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training for new hires and existing staff across airline-provided services at the Morrisville location.

The role emphasizes hands-on instruction, safety compliance, and collaboration with management to align learning with operational goals. The trainer will conduct safety sessions, monitor progress, maintain records, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access information using electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices).
• Ability to interact with colleagues and clients in-person and through electronic means.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to trainees, offering guidance and support throughout their training period.
• Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to customize training programs based on specific job functions and responsibilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Conduct safety training sessions, emphasizing safety protocols and regulations within the airport environment.
• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, progress reports, and certifications, to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with HR and department heads to schedule training sessions and ensure adequate resources are available.
• Provide feedback to management regarding trainee performance and readiness for their roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of a continuous learning culture within the airport service company.
• Participate in train-the-trainer programs to stay updated on latest training techniques and methodologies.
• Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, conveyor belts, forklifts and baggage carts.
