Job summary

CACI International in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Aviation Training Analyst to support CNATRA-NAPP S efforts. You will manage student pipelines, validate NAPP data, and schedule courses in MCTIMs while coordinating with MATSG-21 and CNATRA leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2–4 years of related experience (project support/management).
• Familiarity with entering/extracting student training production data from NIPDR, MCTIMs, M-SHARP, T-SHARP, and Navy/USMC systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate Word/PowerPoint; basic Access.
• Familiarity with NMCI environment, web browsers, and data entry requirements.
• Strong information management and analytical thinking; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain IA certification after NMCI account.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PAC load sheets and Integrated Production Plan submissions in line with Training Requirements Letters and Guidance.
• Track and provide student training metrics, data, and variance analysis.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on production and resource utilization using NAPP/NIPDR data.
• Develop and monitor command production plan; generate NAPP briefs and resource entitlements submissions.
• Provide CNATRA, MATSG-21, CNAF, and Training Command with NAPP-centric analysis.
• Attend CNATRA PACs, PAS, and other CNATRA/TG meetings; brief on capacity and resources.
• Collaborate with command planning for scheduling when new training syllabus or curriculum changes are implemented.
