Job summary

CCI International Inc. in Pensacola, FL, seeks a Task Group Naval Aircrew Production Analyst to support the NAPP S and TG NAC A-School production pipeline with emphasis on data management, reporting, and leadership briefs.

The analyst will enter and analyze data (NIPDR/CeTARS familiarity welcomed), prepare briefs on production status, and collaborate with Navy and CAC I teams to drive cost-effective training improvements while ensuring readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
Must be eligible to obtain Secret Clearance.
Willing to travel up to 10%.
Strong information management and analytical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and intermediate with Word and PowerPoint; basic experience with Access.
Must have personal transportation to access U.S. Military installations.

Responsibilities

Liaise with and track student progression through the TG NAC pipeline, producing routine reports and briefs for NAVIATION stakeholders.
Enter, analyze and interpret TG NAC production data in NAPP data systems (NIPDR) and related repositories; identify errors and investigate causes.
Prepare briefs on production status and current NAPP initiatives, contributing to cost-effective training improvements.
Provide metrics analysis and coordinate with CAC I and government leads for production decisions and resource planning.
Attend liaison meetings and present CNATRA/TG production updates to on-site command.
Collaborate with dispersed CAC I and government teammates to support training process improvements.
