Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an innovative Training and Documentation Manager to lead a team of instructional designers, instructors, and technical writers focused on our Flight Planning suite. This hybrid role can be located in Austin, TX or Englewood, CO, with responsibilities spanning authoring, instructor scheduling, and release tracking.

Qualifications

3+ years of direct people management leading instructional designers, instructors, or technical writers.
Proven track record delivering concurrent training and documentation for customers, employees, and partners.
Practical experience applying AI-driven workflows to accelerate content production and training impact.
Experience defining and tracking training ROI and operational metrics (TVV, adoption, CSAT, completion).
Strong capacity planning, instructor scheduling, and workload management in fast release cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Instructional Designers, Instructors, and Technical Writers.
Operationalize AI-driven workflows to increase content quality and efficiency.
Use AI analytics to optimize learning paths and measure training impact.
Ensure deliverables meet standards and publication pipelines align with agile release cadences.
