Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking an innovative Training and Documentation Manager to lead a team of Instructional Designers, Instructors, and Technical Writers delivering training and technical documentation for our Flight Planning suite. This hybrid role can be located in our Austin TX or Englewood CO office.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, oversee the delivery pipeline, and measure training impact across Time-to-Value, adoption, and CSAT while collaborating with Product, Customer Success,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management in instructional/design teams.
• Experience delivering training and documentation for enterprise software.
• Practical AI-assisted workflows to accelerate content production.
• Ability to measure ROI, TVV, adoption, and CSAT impacts.
• Instructor scheduling and content production in fast-paced releases.
• Familiarity with LMS, virtual classrooms, Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Instructional Designers, Instructors, and Technical Writers.
• Operationalize AI-driven content workflows and editorial checks.
• Use analytics to optimize learning paths and training outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with authoring standards and delivery best practices.
• Manage documentation pipeline across Flight Planning product lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, UXD, and Support teams.
