Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 3–5 years aviation training experience with on-the-job training.
• Experience with CBT/e-learning and LMS administration.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula and CBT modules.
• Administer and maintain the LMS/CBT platform.
• Implement and oversee training programs, including safety and regulatory training.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FAA training requirements.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes to senior management.
• Maintain training records per OPS and ISAGO standards.
