Responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs, managing documentation projects to deadlines, adhering to industry standards, and creating visuals to enhance documentation. A strong background in aviation terminology and tools is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer in aviation/aerospace.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with aviation terminology and maintenance practices.
  • Proficiency with MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, and MS Office.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Technical Writer to join their team in East London . This role is vital for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and operational manuals. You will work closely with engineers, technicians, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation. This hybrid position allows for collaboration with the on-site team while offering flexibility for remote work on specific writing tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the clarity and usability of critical aviation documentation.

Key Responsibilities
