Job summary

WorkforceLinc is seeking experienced professionals to help develop the next generation of aviation and maintenance technicians across the United States. You will deliver hands-on technical training, share real-world troubleshooting experience, and mentor others in a dynamic, field-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring a strong technical background, prior leadership or mentoring experience, excellent communication skills, a passion for developing people, and willingness to travel nationwide

Qualifications

• Strong technical background relevant to aviation, GSE, electrical systems, HVAC, and diesel technology.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others in technical environments.
• Professional communication skills for clear instruction and feedback.
• Willingness to travel across the United States to support programs.
• Passion for developing people and building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical training to students or technicians.
• Share real-world troubleshooting experience and best practices.
• Help technicians build confidence and skill through hands-on guidance.
• Travel throughout the U.S. to support training sites and programs.
