Job summary

Embraer is seeking an experienced engineer to provide engineering technical support to clients and operators. The role requires 5–7 years in aviation engineering, strong knowledge of aircraft systems, and the ability to analyze service bulletins and publications.

You will coordinate retrofit campaigns, guide contracted shops, and communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure safe, compliant maintenance and operational readiness. A BA in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Generally 5–7 years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
• Experience providing client/operator product technical support in aviation/aeronautical industry.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes and evaluates service bulletins, reports, manuals and other technical publications.
• Analyzes issues related to aircraft systems, generators, engines, avionics and electrical systems.
• Presents and discusses alternative maintenance/ modification solutions.
• Defines deadlines and takes necessary measures.
• Coordinates retrofit campaigns and guides contracted shops in maintenance work.
• Maintains contact with customers, operators, suppliers and maintenance shops to obtain information.
• Prepares technical/operational training for personnel responsible for aircraft maintenance.
• Presents reports and cost studies related to technical visits and activities.
