Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a related field; PMP or related certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of aviation project management experience; 2+ years in PM roles.
• A&P certification preferred; strong organizational and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to work under regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state and federal rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, contracts and others.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets; ensure on-time delivery.
• Interface with customers on schedules, meetings, and problem resolution.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate diverse internal and OEM teams throughout the project cycle.
• Monitor cost performance and program profitability across programs.
• Execute projects on budget and on schedule; manage risks and milestones.
• Conduct executive reviews and participate in customer facility milestones with OEMs.
