Job summary

Air-Cert, LLC in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Technical Records Coordinator to join our FAA Part 145 repair shop team. You will manage incoming repair work documentation from parts receipt to final release, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in aerospace, proficiency with ERP systems (AvSight preferred), and strong attention to detail to coordinate across internal teams and with customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of aerospace industry experience in a technical role, preferably in repair shop.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and service bulletins.
• Experience with ERP systems and customer portals for technical data.
• Knowledge of ASA-100, FAA/EASA repair compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming work order parts and create work orders for repairs.
• Verify technical data in POs and confirm scope of work.
• Coordinate documentation across the repair workflow.
• Review CMMs and service data to support repair execution.
• Process 8130-3 forms and submit final documentation for review.
