Job summary

Blue Line Search Group seeks a TSOG Manager to lead several technical teams within the Technical Operations and Technical Services Organization. You will direct managers and specialists, plan objectives, and allocate resources to meet organizational goals.

You will influence budgeting, performance metrics, and policy implementation while coaching staff and ensuring alignment with NAS objectives and customer expectations.
