Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah seeks a Tech Info Specialist to write Customer Bulletins and related technical content. The role emphasizes expertise in Gulfstream G700/G800 systems and aircraft maintenance knowledge.

You will collaborate with engineering groups to ensure accurate, approved technical documents supporting operators and in-service aircraft. Strong writing skills and attention to quality are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in aviation maintenance, eng technology or related curriculum or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
An A&P license and 4 years of related aircraft experience in addition to the 4 years combined experience may offset the degree.
4 years related aircraft maintenance and operations experience is required.

Responsibilities

Develop technical bulletin content by interpreting engineering drawings and data.
Consult with internal, external customers and Engineering groups to create/revise technical documents.
Provide input to management on new processes or technology for integration into the Technical Bulletin business model.
Assist in developing solutions for overcoming issues introduced by outside suppliers for incorporation into manuals.
Liaise with engineering groups to obtain approval for technical information prior to release to customers.
