Job summary

BOND is seeking a Recruiter, Crew & Operations to lead hiring for pilots, cabin crew, and operations staff, coordinating with aircraft delivery timelines and leadership. You will run hiring events, represent BOND at industry gatherings, and build scalable recruiting processes across several teams.

You will screen candidates, design interview scenarios with Flight Operations, and track key funnel metrics while traveling domestically 25–35% and supporting rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting pilots or flight crew for Part 135, Part 121, or Part 91K/fractional operator.
• Working knowledge of pilot certificates, ATP minimums, type ratings, and FAA pre-employment requirements (PRIA, DOT drug and alcohol testing).
• Experience planning or staffing career fairs and high-volume hiring events.
• Strong ATS skills and comfort tracking and reporting funnel data.
• Ability to travel domestically about 25 to 35 percent, including some weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for Captains, First Officers, and Cabin Attendants, timed to our aircraft delivery schedule.
• Plan and run recurring BOND hiring events, from candidate sourcing to interview day logistics.
• Represent BOND at industry events like Women in Aviation, NBAA, and Schedulers & Dispatchers, and build lasting talent pipelines.
• Drive application screening and initial phone screens using Greenhouse and AI-enabled screening tools.
• Partner with Flight Operations leaders and check airmen to design interview scenarios and calibrate selection.
• Track the numbers that matter: source of hire, conversion rates, time to fill, and interview pass rates.
• Recruit for operations control, maintenance control, and other roles as BOND grows.
