Job summary

Salt Lake City Corporation seeks an Aviation Services Technical Systems Administrator to oversee major maintenance contracts for EDS and PLB systems, ensuring safety and compliance. You will coordinate with airport departments, contractors, and federal agencies while managing inventories and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of PLCs, servers, VFDs, control systems and networking, and strong contract administration skills to maintain reliable airport operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Property Management, Business Admin or related field with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with highly technical equipment operation and computerized control systems.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
• Experience with 24/7 operation and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance contracts for EDS and PLB systems.
• Supervise inventories of parts and tools for airport operations.
• Oversee safety training and preventive maintenance schedules for on-site contractors.
• Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance, Operations, TSA and airline partners.
