Job summary

Top Source Talent, LLC seeks a Systems Engineer to support the design, compliance, and delivery of Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) units and airport ground support equipment. You will own technical deliverables from initial design through project completion, while supporting sales with customer-facing technical guidance.

This role requires 2–5 years of mechanical or systems engineering experience, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and knowledge of thermal calculations, BOM/ERP, and CAD documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or technical project engineering.
• Working knowledge of thermal/cooling load calculations and psychrometries.
• Experience with BOM/ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and CAD/documentation tools.
• Strong written communication for technical documentation and customer-facing correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance matrices against customer specifications and standards.
• Prepare design submittal packages with technical data sheets and deviation/RFI tracking.
• Support Declarations of Conformity and third-party inspection response processes.
• Perform thermal and psychrometric calculations for unit sizing.
• Create fabrication packages with drawings and BOMs.
• Own projects from kickoff through completion and coordinate across teams.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting for stakeholders.
• Serve as technical contact for customer inquiries in pre- and post-sale phases.
• Support proposal development with technical inputs and unit selection.
