Job summary

JANUS Research Group is seeking an Operational Architect to support the Architecture Branch within the Aviation Center of Excellence. The role requires developing system architectures, aligning requirements, and addressing risks to meet Army needs.

The candidate will apply AFC/FCC strategies and consolidate current and future architectures while coordinating with diverse SMEs and DoD stakeholders. Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years Army Aviation background preferred.
• Experience developing standards, policy, and governance for data exchange preferred.
• Experience with enterprise architecture projects and architecture frameworks (DODAF) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and align requirements, derive system architecture and functional design, and identify risks to meet Army requirements.
• Outline architectures to support AFC/FCC strategy and consolidate current and future architectures.
• Collaborate with diverse SMEs and staffs to coordinate architecture efforts.
