Qualifications

• Perform abrasive blasting, peening, and aqueous cleaning per procedures.
• Follow FAA, customer, and company QA requirements.
• Wear PPE and follow safety, environmental and handling rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform abrasive blasting, peening, and aqueous cleaning operations per procedures.
• Follow process sequence sheets, travelers, routers, repair manuals, and QA procedures.
• Wear and maintain PPE and comply with safety and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Verify correct blast media, pressure, and process parameters for each operation.
• Inspect grit blasting equipment prior to use and report malfunctions.
• Document production and quality data, including labor hours.
• Move parts to next operation per workflow and maintain a clean work area.
• Support continuous improvement and company quality/operational standards.
