ABX Air is seeking a Customer Support & Business Development Specialist to support monthly reporting, customer service, and billing while coordinating flight schedule changes. You will interact with 3rd party vendors and assist cross-department operations for flights and permits.

The role requires a proactive self-starter with aviation experience and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma/GED, 3–5 years in aviation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook,

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years aviation experience preferred.
• 2 years in flight or regulatory environment recommended.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Docusign and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly reporting.
• Assist with customer support and billing.
• Assist with flight schedule changes.
• Reach out to 3rd party vendors for ad-hoc ground handling services.
• Coordinate cross-department operations for flights, permits, and schedule changes.
• Assist with UPS Peak badging, security training documentation, and badge tracking.
• Support Ad Hoc Charter Quotes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
