Job summary

RAVN Group, Inc. is seeking a procurement and inventory specialist to manage purchase orders, inspect deliveries, and maintain stock levels for maintenance of its aviation assets.

You will coordinate with the Supply Lead to ensure timely procurement for scheduled maintenance and oversee inventory systems. The role involves processing orders, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating shipments to support uninterrupted facility operations and repair activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders to meet inventory and repair requirements
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies and source reliable vendors for goods and services
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; update inventory management software accordingly
• Maintain optimal stock levels by establishing and monitoring minimum/maximum thresholds for consumables and repairables
• Coordinate closely with the Supply Lead to support timely procurement for scheduled maintenance activities
• Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and ensure system accuracy
• Procure tooling, support equipment, and materials necessary for ongoing aircraft maintenance
• Maintain calibrated tooling and equipment in a ready-to-use state
• Handle local delivery and pickup of repaired components
• Prepare and manage outbound shipments efficiently
• Ensure advance ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted facility operations
• Oversee and maintain inventory control programs and software systems
