Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to support inventory management, procurement, and cross-site coordination for the Innovation Department across Greensburg, PA; Bowie, MD; and Yuma, AZ.

This is a full-time role based in Greensburg, PA. The role partners with engineering teams to ensure resources meet project needs, improve procurement and material handling, and support occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Aviation experience, preferably with Unmanned Aerial Systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory supporting the Innovation Department at the Greensburg facility.
• Monitor commonly used parts, materials, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinate replenishment based on current and upcoming project needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing information in the company’s operations platform.
• Help ensure engineering and development teams have the resources necessary to complete their work.
