AAR Corp. is seeking a highly analytical Aviation Supply Chain Analyst to optimize procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.

You will develop dashboards with Power BI, write SQL queries, and apply Python for forecasting and anomaly detection to support end-to-end supply chain operations. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and collaboration with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of aviation parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Use Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analytics (forecasting, anomaly detection).
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of aviation parts and materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and inventory levels to support just-in-time delivery and minimize downtime.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives by providing data insights and scenario modeling.
• Assist in the implementation of supply chain systems and process improvements.
