Qualifications
2 years of quality/manufacturing experience required.
7 years of quality aviation experience required if not holding a degree.
Responsibilities
Develop and revise Quality systems and procedures.
Conduct Government and FAA requested audits.
Gather and analyze performance data for process improvement.
Conduct audits in production or functional areas.
Prioritize issues based on customer needs.
Ensure corrective actions are accomplished.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with conducting internal or external audits
Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 Standards
Familiar with NADCAP and Special Processing
Familiarity with tools like PFMEA, 6 Sigma, Lean Principles
Education
Engineering or related STEM degree
Aviation, Business degree or A&P license
