Job summary

Beta Technologies is seeking a Supplier Compliance Engineer who will partner with Materials & Process, Programs, and Procurement teams to onboard, assess, monitor, and maintain suppliers on Beta’s Approved Supplier List.

You will work with domestic and international suppliers to ensure QMS and special processes are controlled, generate SCARs and RCCAs, review supplier KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in supplier management and supply chain practices.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of industry experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 certified manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; bias for action; good analytical skills.
• Ability to travel ±30%.
• US Citizenship to access supplier facilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for supplier onboarding, reassessment, and audits.
• Clarify and assess aerospace and Beta’s quality requirements.
• Work with domestic and international suppliers.
• Verify control of supplier QMS and applicable special processes.
• Create and track SCARs; collaborate on RCCAs for findings.
• Review supplier KPI ratings and determine oversight level.
• Generate audit reports and support continuous improvement in supplier management.
