Pay: $18.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure standards are met.
• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Train and onboard new staff.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness.
• Address issues or complaints related to cleaning services.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of activities and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients.
• Assist with cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Experience as a janitorial supervisor or similar role.
