Qualifications: Must be able to pass an extensive background check in accordance with Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license. Able to work any hours, any shift, Monday through Sunday. Frequent lifting may occasionally be required to lift in excess of 50 pounds. Position requires frequent bending, stooping, walking, and standing. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities and Duties: The Housekeeping Staff oversees cleaning the casino/bingo area and all bathrooms to ensure guests of Kaw Southwind Casino receive quality service. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor for clarification.

• Check with your supervisor or lead to determine your assigned area.
• Gather supplies needed to start your shift.
• Ensure your area is clean, ash trays are emptied, machines are wiped, chairs are pushed in, and trash is emptied.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean and neat, and sign off on log sheets.
• Maintain exceptional internal and external guest service standards at all times.
• Be courteous and professional with co-workers, guests, vendors, or anyone you come into contact with while on duty.
• Assist fellow employees when needed.
• You must always wear your gaming badge while on duty or conducting business in the casino.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
