Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is hiring an Interior Mechanic in Goodyear, AZ. You will perform maintenance and repair of aircraft components, ensuring airworthiness to FAA standards.

The role requires reading manuals, troubleshooting, and safe operation of ground support equipment. Qualified candidates will have a High School education or equivalent, with a preference for A&P licensed individuals or those with 2 years of maintenance experience. You must provide your own tools as listed by the company.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required or preferred.
• A&P License preferred and/or 2 years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Must provide own tools as indicated on Company Tool List.
• FAA and AerSale quality standards compliance expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance operations including removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components.
• Repair, modify, replace or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness.
• Complete tasks to AerSale, FAA and customers' approved maintenance manual standards.
• Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins to troubleshoot and complete work.
• Ensure aviation maintenance documents are accurate and properly annotated.
• Operate ground support equipment safely and maintain certification.
• Promote safety by monitoring self and others per Safety Manual.
• Tag repairs and services on parts as required.
• Interface effectively with management, other departments and coworkers.
• Keep own and adjacent work areas clean; able to work various shifts.
