Job summary

Boston MedFlight seeks an experienced Chief Aviation Officer (CAO) to provide executive leadership over flight operations, maintenance, and aviation safety. The CAO will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with the organization’s mission while advising the CEO and Board.

Key duties include overseeing aviation departments, managing budgets, coordinating with aviation leadership, and representing the organization with relevant authorities and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in senior/executive aviation leadership with supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, writing, and public speaking skills.
