Qualifications

• Meets FAA qualifications for Chief Pilot under 14 CFR Part 119.
• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate for the aircraft category operated.
• Hold a current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Qualified to serve as PIC on at least one aircraft.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of flight experience (7500 TT).
• Experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Experience with flight operations standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead flight operations and supervise all flight department personnel.
• Serve as PIC on scheduled or charter flights as assigned.
• Oversee pilot training programs and ensure FAA-approved requirements.
• Ensure SMS activities and risk mitigation are integrated into operations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and regulatory manuals.
• Maintain readiness for FAA inspections and audits.
