Responsibilities

  • Guide the airport customer and baggage services team to ensure excellent service for every passenger to create a positive airport experience.
  • Keep the airport baggage claim area neat and organized while assisting customers to find lost luggage.
  • Lead training classes to ensure team members are able to provide the highest level of service possible.
  • Complete and manage training records, schedules, reports, supply ordering, and billing.
  • Audit training records and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute reports detailing training activities and needs.
  • Manage employee and payroll information in the HR system while maintaining strict confidentiality of all station personnel records.
  • Process employment applications and new hire paperwork, including assisting with interviewing.
  • Support onboarding by processing fingerprinting and badging and providing information about benefits and policies.
  • Provide coverage for supervisor shifts as needed.
  • Follow all HHS and regulatory procedures and best practices.
  • Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.

Job Description Responsibilities

Wage: $18.50/hour Full-time and part-time positions available Day/Evening/Night shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required

Preferred

  • XX experience (housekeeping, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, airline).
Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift.

Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
