FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking an Aviation Supervisor to lead a rock solid team at Salina Regional International Airport (SLN). The role emphasizes reliable quality service, strong customer relationships, and hands-on management of cleaning operations.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of supervisory experience, are willing to perform physical work, and can maintain flexible weekend/holiday availability with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The position is full-time with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Be willing to perform very physical work.
• Open schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIC removal services on interior and exterior of aircraft.
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure quality with daily checklists.
• Organize teams and ensure safety standards are met.
