Job summary

Daher is seeking a Service Center Director for the Pompano Beach site, a key FAA Part 145 maintenance hub for TBM and Kodiak aircraft. You will oversee maintenance, avionics, safety, and operational performance while driving financial results and customer satisfaction.

This leadership role requires 7–10 years in aviation maintenance, strong FAA regulatory knowledge, and proven management experience. A&P certification is required and TBM/Kodiak familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role directing maintenance divisions.
• FAA Part 145 repair station experience is required.
• Experience with TBM and Kodiak aircraft is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance and avionics operations at the Pompano Beach Service Center.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop teams, staff, and capabilities; drive continuous improvement.
