Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to interface with customers and manage the service center visit from contract signing through post-delivery. You will coordinate the project, maintain daily customer follow-up, and ensure their needs are addressed with precision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Aviation Science (or equivalent), plus 3 years of project leadership/management and 2 years aviation experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Science or related field, or equivalent combination.
• 3 years of project leadership/management experience.
• 2 years of aviation experience, or a combination of both.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain direct contact with customers, coordinating, informing, planning and providing status briefs throughout the project.
• Provide continuous communication to customer and Gulfstream management for each project to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage work orders and invoices, apply credit/progress policies, and support forecasting with Finance.
