ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. is seeking an Airport Shift Supervisor for the 3rd shift at Charlotte International Airport in Charlotte, NC.

The role focuses on oversight of services, ensuring TSA and airport regulatory compliance, and leading security teams to meet complex operational requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background in security, experience supervising guards, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management or Security Management preferred.
• Security-related education may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ACTS Security Guards in daily activities.
• Schedule and assign Guards to ensure proper coverage.
• Perform regular audits of employee work performance.
• Report activities to management.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
