Job summary

Amazon is seeking an AvSec Manager to lead leadership and oversight for Amazon Air's cargo transportation security program. You will define risk-based security standards, interpret airport and federal regulations, and drive compliant, standardized security processes across the region.

You will act as a primary liaison between AIR and AvSec leadership, applying independent judgment to correct non-compliances and strengthen program integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead prioritization of resources and tasks to meet AvSec targets in ambiguous environments.
• Serve as SME for aviation security best practices, regulatory compliance, and workforce strategy.
• Identify gaps in compliance, lead SeMS processes and establish SLAs for operational excellence.
