Job summary

Maximus Global Services is seeking an Airport Services Scheduler to join our Miami team. The role focuses on developing, publishing, and maintaining employee schedules for wheelchair assistance, security, and porter operations, aligned with flight schedules and customer demand.

You will forecast labor needs, deploy qualified staff, monitor hours and overtime, and ensure compliance with labor laws and airport standards while supporting budget targets and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in workforce scheduling, forecasting, operations, or data analysis.
• Experience in airport, airline, aviation ground handling, or other 24/7 service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing requirements using flight schedules, wheelchairs volumes, and seasonal trends.
• Build and publish schedules balancing service demand and labor costs.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust deployment during delays or disruptions.
• Review timecards and track overtime and payroll-related data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
