Job summary

GA Telesis is seeking a Sales Support Manager based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL to drive revenue growth through proactive account management and exceptional customer service. The role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely quotes, order execution, and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in aviation commercial processes, strong proposal and project management skills, and experience with contract management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in complex aviation commercial processes.
• Ability to build high quality proposals and presentations in pdf / word / ppt.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Experience in understanding and evaluating aviation business models; strong general business acumen.
• Experience in contract management and customer fulfillment.
• Experience in sales, marketing and customer program/support.
• Salesforce and Quantum experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of GA Telesis expansive product and service offerings and communicate them as solutions to customers.
• Create and deploy a commercial bid process to serve the needs of the business and its customers.
• Collaborate with internal business units to assemble a plan for each proposal.
• Model proposals to satisfy customer requirements and maximize revenue and margin targets.
• Design procedures and process flows to support the business with maximum IT efficiency.
• Prepare a full proposal for each RFP that is innovative to the customer's need.
• Coordinate contract rollout and internal legal management to close the deal.
• Lead and delegate across the proposal team including sales, product line managers, logistics, finance and legal.
