Job summary

Elevate Jet in Plano, TX seeks a Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager to run the daily operations of the SMS, ERP, TSA security program, and FAA Drug & Alcohol compliance. This role ensures pilot records are accurate under FAR 135.63 and supports audits and safety drills.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Part 135 aviation, a bachelor’s in aviation management, and proven independence with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Part 135 aviation with safety, security, or compliance exposure.
• Experience with FAA Parts 91/135, TSA and FAA/DOT Drug & Alcohol regulations.
• SMS certification or willingness to obtain one.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer the SMS, FOQA and ASAP programs and related manuals under FAR Part 135.
• Coordinate safety investigations and Emergency Response Plan drills.
• Maintain pilot records under FAR 135.63 and manage crew documentation.
• Host TSA audits and liaise with security staff; support regulatory audits.
