Qualifications

• Five years of work experience at a Part 121 air carrier, with three in a safety specialty.
• Project management experience required.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Previous experience with ASAP or equivalent safety reporting system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Flight Operations Quality Assurance Program, ASAP, and Fatigue Risk Management Program.
• Lead the coordination of high severity Safety Investigations.
• Track program metrics and milestones for continuous improvement.

Skills

Knowledge of aircraft systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent writing and presentation skills

Ability to perform statistical analysis

Education

Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field
