Qualified students are enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s program, have junior/senior status, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. The internship runs Spring 2027 in Denver, with hourly pay and housing/transportation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a bachelor’s degree program
• Have enough hours completed to be considered a Junior or Senior
• Possess a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess broad general aviation education

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. Manager of Operational Safety Program with ASAP and FOQA
• Assist SMS and IEP with documenting non-conformances
• Help gather information for FAA regulatory requests
• Research regulatory matters for OSHA, EPA, DOT
• Receive, compile, and analyze aviation safety reports
• Prepare and write reports and correspondence
• Disseminate safety promotional items
• Liaise with IOSA auditors
• Promote safety as required by Part 5, subpart E
• Publish periodic departmental distributions
