Job summary

Liebherr Aerospace Saline, Inc. is seeking a Processing Technician to prepare and process aviation heat transfer equipment and to provide support in the flow of maintenance work.

You will route heat transfer equipment, pre-clean parts, perform baths, coatings and tests, and ensure accurate paperwork while maintaining safety and FAA standards. Collaboration with supervisors will help streamline processes and reduce cycle time.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with clear written and verbal ability.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and SOPs.
• Understanding of FAA regulations and industry standards.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and focus.

Responsibilities

• Route heat transfer equipment between stations.
• Pre-clean parts at mechanical cleaning station.
• Clean and strip parts with chemical baths.
• Apply corrosion protection and perform testing.
• Dry parts after treatments and conduct tests.
• Perform minor mechanical work as needed.
• Apply resin, paint and varnish to parts.
• Review paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Support process improvements with supervisors.
