Rampmaster Inc. is seeking a Customer Excellence Team member to serve as a post-sale liaison educating customers and supporting sales and engineering to operate and maintain Rampmaster aviation refuelers.

Based at our Coatesville, PA headquarters, this role includes phone support and some onsite visits with about 30% travel. You will assist with troubleshooting diagnostics, maintenance, and warranty repairs, perform quality inspections, and conduct classroom training for mechanics on our

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience.
• Mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills with emphasis on automotive environment.
• Strong analytical skills to solve problems, make critical decisions, and see them through to a positive result.
• Integrity, honesty, professional demeanor and etiquette on phone and in-person.
• About 30% domestic travel and occasional international travel.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software
• Strong interest in continuous learning and growth, adapt to evolving work environment
• Work both independently and in collaboration with a team
• Valid Driver’s License and Passport required
• Ability to clear background checks for airports and military locations
• Previous experience in manufacturing or technical customer-service is preferred
• Office hours 8 am - 4:30 pm

Responsabilités

• Technical/diagnostic support over phone and at customer locations
• Fueling system, fueling system electrical, CANbus network, air and hydraulic valves, diesel engine and transmission codes
• Perform pre-delivery quality control inspections of finished Rampmaster products
• Conduct classroom instruction to mechanics on maintaining and diagnosing our systems
